Au Gratin Crab Alfredo

We had left over crab from another meal which had Tony thinking of new ways to use crab. I love how he is able to look in the pantry and think of a new recipe. Since he is making this for dinner it needs to be kid friendly and pasta is always a winner in our home! 

Au Gratin Crab Alfredo


Ingredients:
Topping:
1 lb lump crab meat
1 cup dry bread crumb
2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp melted butter
Alfredo Sauce
1 Jar Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1 lb spaghetti noodles

Step 1:
Cook pasta following directions on box. While pasta is cooking heat Alfredo sauce in a separate sauce pan

Step 2:
Empty crab meat in a bowl and pick through for shells. Spread onto a half sheet tray. Mix melted butter, bread crumbs, and Parmesan cheese together. Pour mixture over the crab.

Step 3:
Broil crab mixture until golden brown


Step 4:
In a pasta bowl place 1/2 cup ricotta cheese and toss with hot pasta. Stir in Alfredo to coat. Then top with Au Gratin crab meat.

Step 5:
Enjoy!
