New Blog Friends

Hello! I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend. Here in Pa we are trying not to get blown away in the lovely wind and rain. It is crazy windy...the kind that blows your siding off.  Although it gave me a great excuse to drink hot tea and read! It also gave us a great reason to go to the movies last night.  :)

Enough about me...I am so happy it is Sunday...because today is the day we get to meet some New Blog Friends!
We can hardly believe we are into our 5th week of meeing some new blog friends! Welcome...and lets get started!

I would like you to meet Michelle at House Changers! She is amazing. Her and her husband, Chan bought a house to flip and they are blogging every step of the way! See...told you amazing!! She tells you what they are planning and how they have completed each project..
Here is Before...

After....

They found these doors on craigs list...

Installed...
I love the look of french doors...

I love the color Michelle used in the kitchen...
She gives you all the details and paint colors!
Here is a peek at the kitchen...

I hope you can stop by and tell Michelle and her family hello!!
We are having so much fun following along with your progress!

Lets talk food...
We found Lost Past Remembered just yesterday
Her blog is like reading a good book...
She links each recipe with a story...
for instance...

Apple Mousse based on a recipe
from Royal Hotel in Ullapool, Scotland.
This looks like a great place to visit.

How about the touch of carmel on top...

This is exactly what Tony pictures in his mind for his bakery.
Oh... we wanted to hop in the car and visit...
to read on to find out the restaurant is in Soho and is closed...
We were so happy to read on to find this recipe
Doesn't it look delicious..

Are you wondering how the glass looks so white?
Find out the secret here..
We are always ready to try a new drink out,
and this one has been added to the top of our list!
Absinthe and Champagne
(what do you think girls?)
She writes the most interesting stories..
tells us some history about absithe and who drank this while
writing some of their most famous pieces

How about a piece of
Absinthe Cake to accompany your drink...
We are excited to see what wonderful story she'll share next!

Thank you for joining us today as we meet some
New Blog Friends!
We hope you enjoy reading their stories as much
as we do!

I wouldn't be able to fit through the door if my hubby started a bakery :). We have a fabulous little one right across the street, but I try to avoid it except for special occasions. Thanks for emailing and keeping in touch!

Awww...Wendy, thanks for the nice mention! :) That was very sweet of you to do! I think you're pretty amazing yourself. Love your blog, and I can't wait to see how your shutter headboard turns out!

I'm heading over to Lost Past Remembered now. What could be better than a story told with food??? ;)
