O little town of Bethlehem

O little town of Bethlehem.....

I saw this picture in my Southern Living 2009 Christmas book and
wanted to try to recreate....

Drawing my town on cardboard....

A closer look......

I cut out my town using an exacto knife...
to be honest...this part was not fun!

Painted my town white and added glitter!!
I just need to add some snow to the roof tops!

My little town of Bethlehem....

Wendy this is adorable. I signed up to follow and will subscribe if you have that feature, if not you really need to get it--there are all kinds of problems with just the follower button.

I want to look around for a bit.
I hope you will come over to follow and subscribe.

Follower is having some problems right now where updates are not coming through sometimes for a couple of weeks. Subscription is an Rss Feed. I recommend both then you are hopefully covered if one is having a glitch.

Did you know your account is set up as non-reply comment in e-mail. If you want to change that go to your Dashboard and click on MY ACCOUNT the edit your profile. You will see your picture and if you look to the righ you will see 2 boxed-One says something about making e-mail visible-click that box and save it.

Wow, that is beautiful! I laughed about your comment on cutting out with the X-acto knife. No, that is not fun! But your Little Bethlehem is really pretty -- well worth your effort! You did a wonderful job.
Love it.
