Take some good crusty bread and some crackers and you'll be in heaven!!
Ingredients:
1lb. Jumbo Lump Crabmeat
1 cup shredded Pepperjack cheese
3/4 cup Mayo
1/4 cup Parmesan
1/4 cup Green Onions, sliced thin
1 tsp Garlic, chopped fine
3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Tabasco
1/2 tsp dry Mustard
S&P
Combine all the ingredients, except the crab
Mix well
Add Tabasco, Lemon and Worsestershire sauces
Mix well
Gently add Crabmeat, and fold in,
trying to preserve some of the Lump in the Crabmeat.
No sense in buying Jumbo Lump and then mashing it all up.
Bake @ 325 for 40 minutes
(sorry photo got blurry)
Serve with Crusty bread, Crackers or Toast
A little Spicy, but Rich and worth it!!
