Tony made this the other night for Family Movie night...
yes the kids loved it!!!
This is so easy to make!!
Ingredients:
1 pkg (8oz) Cream Cheese
1 pkg Tomato, garlic & basil marinade
(we used Grill Mates)
3 small sprigs fresh rosemary (stems removed)
Peel of 1 lemon, cut into thin strips
Mix marinade according to package instructions
Cube cream cheese into about 36 pieces.
Tip: warm your knife under hot water
prior to cutting cream cheese...
it will make it much easier to cut
Pour marinade over cubed cream cheese
Cream cheese with marinade
Add lemon
Add rosemary
Toss all ingredients lightly.
Cover
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
Serve with crusty bread and calamata olives
